Hey Team...

Sometimes you never know where you are going to come across words of wisdom..

Last night my wife made me sit down after a training session to watch a new show called, Escape at Dannemora... and after resisting.. I am glad I did for this nugget of genius spoken by Benicio Del Toro...

How do you achieve anything you want in life?

Simple... it all starts with this:

Think it...

Its all in the thought....

Thats the secret...

Now once you think it... here are the steps....

Step 1: Focus on something in your mind..

Step 2: You feel it in your heart...

Step 3: You commit to it...

Bang... it becomes true...

It may sound crazy citing a mini series for motivational advice.. but.. some advice really works...

Personally, this has been the story of my life...

It has also been the story of many in show business, sports, and other lines of work...

They spent the time "seeing themselves" achieving and becoming what it is they wanted before they actually achieved that "something"...

The issue in today's landscape becomes noise....

There is too much noise.. too many distractions that we let in to our mind/ head space...

We are also in a time when comparison syndrome is at an all time high...

So we must strategically plan and make the time to spend with ourselves so we can just "Be" and visualize...

I love to plan 2 times of day for this.....

#1- In the AM... before starting the day...

#2- In the PM... at the completion of our day...

This keeps our vision in front of us at all times....

Again, as I always say, you might not know all the steps right now that you have to take to achieve what it is you want... but having the vision, the commitment, and the belief is where it all begins.....

So.. start your day today with a few minutes of visioning... dreaming your best life... and the steps will begin to show themselves...

You gotta believe....
