Hey Guys.. I wanted to share this with you. Last year I read this incredible book called, THE ONE THING. 

It helped me to really dial in and focus my life in a more singular direction. Very easy to read with great day to day lessons. Performing a self evaluation after reading this was essential, realizing how "many things" I had on my plate that were not producing fruit. 

Last week I was fortunate enough to record an episode on their podcast.. and I wanted to share that with you.

It is about my story and journey to the top of Professional Sports, but most importantly about how the best players of all time focus and simplify to create extraordinary results.
