FACT: 80% of American's will deal with an episode of back pain in their lifetime.

If you have been part of that 80% already, you know that  back pain can be extremely painful and debilitating. Dealing with back pain is not only physically draining but mentally as well.

Not being able to do the things you love makes you question where you are truly at in your aging process- but we can fix this.

As we get older, bad postures, lack of activity, MENTAL Stress and a reduction of range of motion / tissue health are the biggest culprits of injury.

One thing I always say to my athletes is, "The number 1 reason for injury is previous injury." 

This makes having a plan of prevention that much more important.
