Hi Team...
Well, I hate to say it, but, the summer is over.
Time to start banging the drum again and finish the year strong...
I have to share this with you...
Last week, I attempted to take off- and I realized that without "planning" time off- you end up just doing a lot of stuff!
So, the last week of summer taught me a lesson- if you want to vacation, well, go on one!
I will give it a try again around the holidays :)
But, for now, it is time to go.
Time to blast off.
I got up at about 3am this morning ready to go...
After watching some Saturday Night Fever last night- I was feeling it...
I thought of the cadence... 3,2,1, blast-off as I was thinking about the remainder of the year...
We have 4-months to really win big...
To do something different...
To think different...
To act different...
To respond differently...
I want you to think about what "different" means to you and challenge yourself first over 30-days to stick with your "different"- and then expand to the remainder of the year...
I firmly believe that in isolated time periods, we can learn a lot.
Example: 30 days, a Quarter...
These isolated time blocks with a theme allow us to really focus and lock in to do great work.. sort of like the week before a vacation where you get everything done and more!
What is your "different" as you head into the last 4 months of the year?
Think about it.. then, act on it.
