STOP Being A Loser!!! (RANT)

Hi Team...

Well, today is Thursday.

I am back at the farm after a few days of traveling and coaching at a sales retreat!

Today is: Rant Day.

You know what pisses me off?

People.

People piss me off....

Not all people though... just a certain group!

Let me tell you about these people....

• They blow off meetings without calling, texting, emailing......
• They have no respect for other peoples time......
• They constantly do not get back to you......
• They say one thing and do another....
• They have no word....
• They have no character.....
• They can not be trusted.....
• They are total narcissists....
• They are free-loaders who take what they can without ever giving....
• They are small thinkers that live for today and take what they can today...
• They are constantly negative...
• They bring you down when they come around....
• They have no interest in changing- just blaming you!

Have you ever come across people like this?

Well, if you are human you have.

I am sure many names just flashed at you!

That is why I wanted to bring it up today...

Because, we all come across people like this- we just have to make sure that we are not one of these people.

And we do that by holding ourselves to a standard, to a code.

That standard and code is this: I DO, AND WILL ALWAYS DO WHAT IS RIGHT.

Another way of looking at this is: DO ON TO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD LIKE DONE TO YOURSELF.

The old golden rule : )

You see, here is the thing: When we do what is right, we win.

When we do what is right, we gain strength.

When we do what is right, we gain power within ourselves and a dominance to handle whatever comes our way.

When you do what is right, you always feel good.

Too often though for those of us who do what is right, we find people that do what is wrong and we can fall trap to them.

Falling trap to the guilt they may push onto us for:

• Not doing enough...
• Not being enough...
• Not being who they want us to be or the vision of perfect they have for us

That is all crap.

That is their issue.

So, today, I want to remind you to do what is right.

Do the right thing- always.

No matter what.

Answer the call, the email, the text.

Do what is right.

Now, I do want to mention this....

These are the rules for people who do not overstep boundaries and who are not taking advantage of you....

For those people, the rule changes a bit....

Be Nice, But Keep On Trucking...

Meaning, you do not have to watch their toxic energy- you can be nice and cordial but move on.

I am very big on circles of energy and making sure that only people with good energy get in my circle.

What is good energy you ask?

• Good energy comes from positive people
• Good energy comes from people who respect and care for others
• Good energy comes from self-less people
• Good energy comes from those who think bigger
• Good energy comes from those that would give you the shirt off their back

Those are the kind of people we should always surround ourselves with!

Got it?

Now, I know today's lesson is a bit bold- but bold is good.

If people around you do not have the chops to hang and do what is right- well, they need to find a new circle, or, you need to reduce your circle!

Now, let's all commit today to doing what is right!

Let's go out and WIN today!
