Last week I sat down with two brothers who happen to be Butchers...

Butchers? Why are we talking about butchers?!

Well, I will tell you why.

They took a family business and butcher shop and turned it into a global enterprise...

The Bearded Butchers have a Youtube channel with over 1Million Subscribers..

They ship their rubs all over the World...

And they are expanding....

I share this because it reminds me of a story I heard from the late, great motivational speaker Earl Nightengale...

Where he goes on to say, " With the right mindset and belief one can have immense success no matter what the field they are in."....

You see, it is not the field you are in that determines your success or not...

It is your vision...

It is what you see as possible..,

For those in Upstate NY, there is a chain of gas-stations and convenience stores known as Stewarts...started by an old dairy farmer..

He was a farmer- but he had great vision..

Now, his company that he built with his vision does over 1.7 billion in sales and has over 350 locations in dairy country!

I share this because you can take your niche, combine that with a powerful vision and make magic happen!

But you must believe you can do it...

Being a part of a niche, like butchery, or specialized farming, or a segment of the financial or tech industry allows for differentiation and mastery...

Be a master.... and keep your vision strong!
