Hey Team----

I wanted to ask you, Are there day when you feel stronger, more confident, and more powerful than others?

I thought there would be.

Why is that?

I found it to be actually pretty simple when it comes to the WHY....

Patterns.

Conditioning.

Focus.

And... Feed.

You see, the mind works in patterns, loops, and latches on/ becomes what we focus on, and what we feed it.

So, if you are living in a state of fear/ worry, your POWER is stripped.

Your confidence is gone.

If you are constantly playing subconscious defense, working to protect your downside, you will often times miss the greatness and magnitude of what your upside could be...

Our mind is simple and primal.. so it's natural state and cadence is one of conservative, protective, non-risk taking patterns. 

That is why, when you are attempting to "put yourself out there" in any way that is outside of your natural state, you feel a physiological response...

Clammy hands. Accelerated heart rate. Tightness. Shortness of breath.

So what do we do? We are told to breath to "unwind" that accelerated cadence and the responses that join it....

Now, how do we solve this riddle? 

We MUST ELEVATE.

Again, remember, your mind, patterns, thoughts, and not going to want to focus on your "dreams", outside of the box thinking, and possibility... So, we have to train for that....

We must start our day by THINKING BIG and seeing ourselves as the POWER-HOUSE that we are....

Mentally, through visualization, we must SEE ourselves doing, achieving, and beingwhat we want to be... so we can in fact condition the mind to already be there... which creates a "Safe" trusting situation mentally.. and therefore the mind will release the governor, allowing you to truly take-off and start moving towards what you want...

Put yourself there before you are there...

It is like anything else in life.. the more you do it, the better you get. The more confident you get. Visualization works the same way...

Put yourself in the situation each day with a few minutes of closed eye thought about where you want to... and make it as if you are already there...

That is an ELEVATION MINDSET...

The best of the best have so much confidence because they see themselves as already doing it, being it, having it....

So can you.
