Hi Team...
Happy Monday...
This weekend was a fun one for me...
Minor League baseball game on Friday night, beach on Saturday, and hit some golf balls yesterday- so lots of variety, lots of time outside, lots of time NOT working :)
But today I am really excited to write to you...
I was on the driving range hitting balls yesterday and was thinking- every swing I take, I get just that much better when I focus on the plan and the fundamentals...
Then, I was watching the baseball game the other night with some MLB scouts- and they were watching to see how much better each player got each at bat, each time they took the field, and will do this all season....
Why do I bring this up?
I bring it up because many have not gotten better in a while...
They have not been able to truly measure their betterment...
And as a result, they feel stuck, they feel the same, they feel blah.
From this state, many ask the question: IS THIS IT? AM I DOING WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO BE DOING?
I can not tell you how many calls I get each week from CEOs to young people asking if this is it?
Well, here is the deal...
We are growth addicts- every single one of us...
We want to get better...
We want to know we are getting better- every day.
That creates a feeling of purpose and desire....

It is amazing how the body can reset itself and get you where you want to go when you feed it the right stuff....
It is amazing how the mind can also feel very happy and pleased when you commit to a plan of growth via action....
Most just never take the action because they feel "it has not worked in the past"...
And that is the issue..
You can get results when you have a plan that works, that is growth focused, and that is meant to connect your dots....
