We made it...
The weeks are rolling by- and I have 3- questions for you:
Are you ready?
Ready to win?
Well, if you want to win at anything, it starts with a plan.
I am sure most of you had a great Memorial Day weekend- with friends, family, and some adult beverages and food.....
Today, I want to actually talk to you about food.
I probably do not talk about it enough here.
Most of my focus is on "getting your mind right".
But, when we eat poorly, eat too much, or do not eat the right foods, what can happen to us is we get FLT- fat, lazy, tired.
And that is a mental disease as much as it is a physical one.
It is 100% impossible to have great performance, meet your full potential, and live a great life if you suffer from FLT.
I am sorry.
If this is you- I am not trying to offend you, but inspire you.
It is time.
It is time to get things moving in the right direction....
Dropping inches- pant and belt sizes.
Improving your energy through higher nutrient foods.
It is a game changer.
How do we do it Coach?
Well, the first-step is this: You play the day. Don't let the day play you.
Hear me out.
Going into your day, do not let the day dictate when you eat, what you eat, and how much you eat.
You decide that ahead of time.
For instance, this AM, as I plan my day, I plan my feeding as well.
I know my breakfast, lunch, and dinner- and when I will be engaging in each based on my schedule for the day.
For serving size- it will be a size for 1, not family size.
I also know that I have a workout at 8am today- and every other day this week.
These two offensive moves already help me dodge FLT- because I just do not have the time for it and my plan does not include the necessary negative steps to acquire FLT disease.
And.... neither should yours.
It is time folks to get your health game rolling.
It is time to turn things on their back and really improve.
I want you to feel the sense of freedom of getting your life back and living a life filled with the HIGHEST level of performance available to you.
Enough dicking around with mediocre, average, and thinking about your next cheat meal.
Let's make a commitment to finish the first half of the years with the needle moving towards Champion-Status.
No more: "I will do it Monday. I will do it tomorrow. Next week.. blah blah blah."
That is all loser-talk. I will not allow you to think like this anymore.
You ain't doing it tomorrow, next week, or any day unless you commit.
Let's go at this week together- like Champs.
Plan your meals.
Plan when you will eat them.
Snack only on whole foods- fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and get the sugar down.
It ain't worth it.
Your best is ahead of you- go get it!
And, if you need help, I am here for you.
