So, you know I spent my whole professional sports career with the Yankees- but today I am actually going to solute the Mets.
I wrote a post this morning on LinkedIn about the new Mets owner, Steve Cohen.
I wrote about how he took over a losing team, with losing management, with losing results and has quickly, in 1-year turned the club around and has taken them to the playoffs- with the goal of winning a Championship....
He was a winner in finance and now he is taking his act to the team he loved growing up and as an adult...
He is basically a fan, businessman running the team...(so cool)
I have studied his formula and wanted to share it below...

No matter what your profession- you can do that same.
You can do this through your words, actions, and application of resources...
Never forget it..
But, I believe this all begins with a declaration:
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO...
When we make a declaration, that is a starting point for success...
What are you going to declare for yourself today?
"I am going to lose 20lbs. by January 1st"
