Coach,You eat cereal?
But what about the carbs? The sugars? and...THE GLUTEN????
I know.. a bit dramatic. But in a World of Extremists.. I wanted to let you know that I found two breakfast meals that have made me feel great..
As somebody that is usually sensitive to gluten products, I have found that the higher fiber content of these CEREALS(one is actually gluten-free) has really helped me to stay full longer.
So what are they?
What I really like about these 2 Morning Wonders is that they both have Fiber of 6 grams or more.. and have a very lower sugar..
I find in the morning, they are light on the GUT and do not weigh you down if you are heading immediately into a workout.. or heading to catch the train or morning rush..
I have realized in talking with many of my Coaching Clients that most people are actually running around dehydrated and are FIBER DEPRIVED.. leading to more hunger cravings and sugar chasing..
My 2 Simple Recommendations to clients are:
1. HYDRATE- Drink more water; Half your body weight in ounces per day minimum
2. INCREASE FIBER INTAKE- This will keep you full longer and will also insure you are eating more Whole, Nutrient Rich Foods.
These are 2 SIMPLE, Non-Complicated Ways too GET HEALTHY... without overthinking..
Give these a try.. and if you want to take the Fiber up another Notch.. Add some FRESH Raspberries and Blackberries to the Above..
