That is the goal...

Creating a clear picture of what you desire... 

It works in all aspects of your life... 

Health, Career, Material Things.... On-Field Sporting Success....

You name it...

With all of my Coaching Clients... Visualization is something I focus heavily on teaching them...

Not just a basic picture...

But vivid imaging...

See yourself in the moment... "feel" the "feelings"....

Smell the smells...

I know it may seem a bit far out... but it totally works...

Speaking with many successful athletes, entertainers, and business VISIONairies over the years...

This was a common trend...

They saw success...

They saw it before they achieved it...

This visualization led to them being "comfortable" in the moment and most importantly, expecting of success.. and ready when it arrived!

Coaching Tip: Take 10-15 minutes today, unplug (aka no tech)... and just lay down on the floor in a quiet room... take in all the white noise... take some deep breathes... and spend time carving your vision.... Day 1 is the hardest.. don't try to do too much... but every day that follows.. clean that vision.. polish it even more...

We found this to work great with our ballplayers...

One player in particular, Raul Ibanez... used to lay down on the floor 20 minutes before the game... and see his at-bats before they happened...

Amazing!

So can you...

Take the time for yourself...

See it.

Make it.

Design it.

It is your vision...

And... it can become very real... but you must Believe It to See It... and then See It to Believe It!
