Hi Team...

We are back! Monday...

Fresh start....

National Chest and Tricep Day at the gym....

The day most diets start and stop...

A day of CHANGE.(at least it starts that way for many after a wild weekend of eating, drinking, and letting go...)

But, it is often short lived....


Well, change takes work!

It requires you to be somebody else while crossing over into the new YOU, new HABIT, new PATTERN, new way of BEING.

Today, I wanted to share with you one way to make sure you can achieve something this week....


It is really simple.

  3. THEN, AND ONLY THEN SHOULD YOU GO ONTO YOUR NEXT THING. (But, even if you do not get to that next thing, you have already WON this week)

Do you realize how fast time goes?

It is amazing, right?

Today is Monday... and before we know it, boom, Friday is here.

Most high performers find themselves a bit frustrated on Friday because they did not get done what they wanted or needed to get done...

They spent the majority of the week DOING, but, that 1-THING,that one major objective sometimes and often times takes the back burner to the little fires and problems that need "immediate"attention...

Well, if we are working with clear intentions, then we have to know what our 1-BIG THING is... and then stick to that until it is done...

Watch how hard it is.

You will be amazed.

The discipline, focus, and commitment to get it done is really something....

Make this week, A WEEK OF ONE... and in the end, YOU WILL HAVE WON.
