It is not truth- but instead a decision that was made in ones mind based on how they see themselves, how they see the world, and what they deem as possible vs. not possible...
We can change if we desire change...
It is not about a global movement- it is about a personal movement of "change" and being 100% fully committed to it.....
Whatever you want to make happen there is a very, very good chance you can make it happen...
One of the biggest issues I see, and I saw it as recently as yesterday when I was coaching a high level enterprise sales-person- is that most do not know their strengths, their weaknesses, and what they need to improve at...
Once you know those things- you can then build more and more confidence and target your actions accordingly...
That, plus a large vision can really make you a power-center...
