Hi Team...

Yesterday I wrote about The Pivot.

The point in your life where you say: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

This can be your job- you are done with it.

It can be a relationship- you are done with it.

Or, it can be that fat around your midsection, that low energy you have daily, and the crap numbers from your blood work- you are done with it.

As we head into the back half of the year- I want you to be done accepting the old version of you.

Instead, we want to create the new version of you.

So, I created a program called: FIFTEENDOWN.

It is a 30-day weight-loss and transformation camp designed to do just what it says: DROP FIFTEEN POUNDS AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

This time together will be me coaching you, 2x per week, with one goal:


The secondary goal is to improve your second half results.

I was going to start the program in August and I just say f'it.

Let's start the day after Labor Day.

Get the summer behind you- and hit the ground running come September.

End the year with a bang.
