Hi Team...

Happy Friday!

Can you believe how fast these weeks go?

I feel like every week I just lift up my head and boom, it's Friday.

If you feel like this.. you, like me realize every minute counts.

How we spend our time and emotions is really important.

Since time buzzes by, we really can not afford to take any days for granted.

With that, did you hit all of your goals for the week?

Did you get everything done that you wanted to complete?

Or, did you use this week as a recharge week?

Either way, when you look back at the week, was it productive for you?

I tell you what....

With time going so quickly, we really have to be aware of where we are putting our time and attention....

Last week, I was doing an interview and was asked: What makes dominant players so special?

I answered with this: THEY LIVE A LIFE THAT IS TRUE TO THEM. THEY LIVE A LIFE THAT IS UN-INFLUENCED.

They do not care what you think.

They do things that give them a positive return on time and energy...

They know that time and energy are directly related.

If we waste time, we waste energy.

If we take advantage of time and schedule ourselves well, we get more return on our time and energy.

One of my friends, Riley, who is a very successful entrepreneur would always speak to me about efficiency.

If you can create efficiency in all aspects of your life, you have even more time to do the things you love.

On an interview I did two days ago with former EVP of Staples, Jay Baitler, he said that we were done a disservice when we believed working harder meant working longer..... (CLICK HERE TO VIEW)

We must work more like a sports team and really manage our clock well to get the most out of our life and the time we have.

Also, the more you are influenced by how other people use their time and their life, the less true you are to your own self / life...

You must find your way...

You must create optimization and efficiency in your life...

Every hour counts.. where are you spending your hours?

Each day during this "break", I take 1.5hrs., from 11am-12:30pm to workout competitively.

That time gives me such a return because it focuses me, relaxes me, challenges me, and gives me a great return on energy...

But, how many of us do not take the time to do things like this because we simply do not have the time or make the time?

A LOT OF PEOPLE!

But not YOU!

It is your time to make the most of your days....

Make the most of your life....

As the week wraps up, do yourself a favor: Look back and see where you spent your time.

You can be better!

Let's go!
