This is what I told a Struggling Baseball Player last week...

Hey Team!

Happy Monday...

We made it...

Back in the saddle and ready to build a great week....

Yup. Build a great week. We decide if we want to play offense or defense on our week....

My suggestion is to always come out swinging!

Last week, I spoke to about 3 schools... and at one of the schools I met an amazing young baseball player who was looking to play ball in college...

He had the skill, talent, and ability.... BUT...he was missing the key ingredient... 

GUTS.

I felt it.

He knew it.

So what did we do?

I told him a simple saying he needs to tell himself each and every day... and in each doubtful moment he is going to have....

We all have them.... we all have doubt at times...

But we must always be swinging...

I told him, "FEAR NOTHING"....

That simple saying has changed my life for sure....

When I said that to him, he immediately said it back to me 3 times and his entire being changed....

Each day I wake up and walk out the door, I tell myself, "FEAR NOTHING"...

Why?

Because there is absolutely nothing to fear.

Things will happen... but it is up to us to show no fear and be fearful of nothing....

If we keep taking action on our life... with vigor and intent... we will build greatness....

This is what this  young man needed to do...

Build his future....

Get hits....

Be focused on Winning the Moment and not be worrying about what is in front....

We have now....

We need to win now...

Stop fretting over the future and things that have not happened and most likely will not happen.....

FEAR NOTHING.

Go WIN Monday...
