On February 1st this year I made a pack to go hard for 120-days...
Clean eating, health focused, and letting nothing get in the way...
That was my declaration....
It is now the 15th....
The nutrition has been easy- but getting to the gym (45-minutes away) when I am at the farm can be tough- but, only if I see it that way...
I made a LinkedIn post today I wanted to share with you about it and how you can "coach-yourself" with a better mindset to make some magic happen!

This morning, it happened again.
I check my clock and it said: 4:30am.
I did not want to get up because the bed was warm.
Then, I demanded myself to get up.
I asked a question, “Do you want to be a winner a loser?”
I answered: WINNER.
I quickly got up, got dressed, and drove 45-minutes to the gym.
*@ our farm, the gym is far (another resistance point).
How we speak to ourselves and coach ourselves will determine who we become, what we are capable of, and what we actually do.

Every morning I used to love getting to the stadium around 430/5 AM and read all of the quotes on my walk to the locker room, and all of the quotes on the way to the training room.
After the immersion and reading all of those mantras- my mindset was set to win.
I was inspired to take action.
Inspired to make it happen.
