Their production has slowed because the body has an amazing way of getting what it wants...
If you do not slow down, it will slow you down.
If you are somebody dealing with lower production, which is still probably higher than most, ask yourself this question:
When was the last time I took a few days off from work?
Totally off.
And off of that stupid device we all carry around known as our phone..
One of the great performance killers of our day...
Why?
It is draining and does not let the mind rest...
Even checking email or scrolling on brain-killing apps have a cost to the brain...
That cost is fatigue...
As you attack your day today, think about the questions above and answer them honestly...
If you have not taken a few days, before we head into the big sprint to finish the year- let's take a few days to live in analogue... a more simple way of being and acting...
It will restore your mind and in turn your productivity!
