As I think about the program and what I would like people to take from be part of The Champions-30, I asked myself is it the weight-loss?

Is it the team-work, motivation, and accountability?

Or, is it the challenge.

The most important variable I believe is just being committed. 

Being a person of your word.

The type of person that says, "Hey- for the next 30-days I am going to do my best. I am going to complete this. I am going to be 100% to coaching and allowing somebody else, who is a professional to drive me towards my goal(s)."

So, the most important variable is commitment.

And, today, I believe that is more important than ever because there are a lot of starters out there, but not a lot of finishers.

People love to join things, they just often fail to complete what they start and give that thing 100% effort.

What if you made your mantra: Finish whatever I start... (or I won't start).

You see, years ago I was speaking with my buddy Kevin Plank who started Under Armour and he said this: "D, you get paid for done."


So, whatever you begin, make sure you take it to the finish line.

There is a sense of fulfillment that will come over you that is amazing.

Like completing a race.

That is why I made The Champions-30 only 30-days.

You will see just what it takes to be consistent and focused for 30-straight days.

No breaks, no cheats, just focused execution...

This should not be intimidating- but 100% exciting.

You are putting yourself into "camp"- not a bootcamp but a discovery camp that will force you to work through your own comfort and discomforts.... and on the other side of this is victory.

And- as a result, feel amazing.

You see, we need to be challenged in order to rise up and defeat our stubborn habits that hold us back- and that is how the real growth happens.
