Hi Team...

So, today are going to talk "sprinting"...

Yup.

Running fast.

Running fast towards our goal(S)....

I have found sprinting to work really well with those who are your classic "high expectation, high performance" people...

What is sprinting?

Well, it is simply running hard for a set amount of time towards a specific goal or goals...

Yup.

It works best in a singular format.. but, if you still have some time left on the clock, you can go after that extra goal you are chasing...

Let me explain it like this...

You want to lose 10lbs...

You want to do it in 6 weeks..

You would do a 6 week sprint that includes: eating clean, daily high intensity exercise, and a diet that is very specific to the amount of calories you need, most likely one that puts you in a significant caloric deficit for a short period of time...

At the end of the sprint, you achieved your goal and this sprint will have created the momentum you needed to make this a more sustainable position and process...

The same can be done with business...

Let's use revenue targets or filling pipeline with X-prospects...

You can sprint for the next 4 weeks- making more calls/ outreach contacts than usual to get your pipeline to a certain position...

Through nurturing these relationships- you will be able to close more deals...

The results of this sprint should be more sales and more income...

It works for anything..

But here is the thing...

SPRINTS TAKE MAJOR DISCIPLINE and FOCUS.

Yup.

There is no cheating or slacking when you are on a SPRINT.

We are approaching the 4th Quarter of the Year...

A perfect time to plan your last sprint of 2020 so you can make this year of opposition one of major opportunity...

Sprint.

Run as fast as you can towards your goal.

It works.

Especially with those extremists or all-or-nothing types....

Give it a shot!
