Since it is Friday... I wanted to share with you one of my favorite music artists...

Yup... What a powerful voice... and there are days when I am in the car cruising.. and I need a break from some of my other favorites, like Bruce Springsteen, OAR, and Dierks Bentley...
But there is one song in particular from Adele... that I really like: Hello...
One of the lines... "Hello from the other side" makes me think about life in the micro vs. the macro....
Meaning, we always have a starting point and we can redefine that starting point at any time...
We also have an ending point...
And life is filled with different starting points and ending points....
You see, that is the continuum of life...
The seasons of life....
We are always headed in and out of something.....
Often times, this is happening on multiple fronts at one time... which can often times be the reason why we "feel" (stressed, energized, indecisive) certain ways and different times...
As the season change, the environment changes....
As your seasons change, your environment changes (internally and externally)....
So, back to Adele.....
"Hello from the other side".....
Powerful line....
Because for each of the starting points and ending points listed above, you will get to the other side......
You will be able to look back on that "season".... and it should of been filled with opportunity.....
Growth.
We all want to grow, elevate, and "level up" as they say.... and the only way that can happen is by having many "seasons" that you learn from...
In baseball, every season we had new challenges... each one made us stronger.....
Look at the challenges of your own life... they made you stronger!
Remember when you thought you were not going to get through it?
Well.. you did... and now, that same situation would not intimidate you at the same level.... you got through it.
