Hi Team...

Do you ever have days that you get down on yourself?

Days where you feel like you are failing, falling behind, not winning?

Me too.

Look, we all do.

The goal though is to take those states from days and weeks, to hours.... and even to minutes at a time....

The longer we lurk in a state of frustration, the weaker we become...

It happens because we may start to believe that is our "new" way of being...

We can not have that...

So what do we do?

We deploy an OVER-RIDE Strategy....

What do you mean Coach?

Simple.

We must begin to use our "I-AM" statements...

Ready?

"I-AM" statements are the most powerful statements you can use on yourself to combat bad thinking...

Examples are:

I-AM Strong...

I-AM Powerful...

I-AM Stress free and filled with hope...

I-AM Positive and Optimistic about what I am going to do today...

I-AM Healthy....

I-AM FIT...

I-AM A Great, Confident Leader who Belongs Here...

I-AM Qualified...

I-AM A Great Entrepreneur...

You see, what the I-AM statement does is channel your mind towards what you are, and, most importantly what you are becoming....

The mind always wants to default negative....

It is your job as the conductor of the orchestra to align your thoughts in the direction of your goals....

Forward based thinking.....which is positive based thinking...

Look, I am here to tell you that you often will default to the negative...

This sort of DAILY I-AM Training will reduce the negative frequency...

Which, over time will bring you more positivity and optimism in your life...

Optimism and Positivity are the breeding ground for success...

And for those who are motivated by negativity, do not worry....

You will not lose your edge...

This will actually allow you to achieve greater levels of success and happiness without the unhealthy, self-induced pressure....

Never forget how POWERFUL your I-AM statements are....

Use them often.. 

First thing in the AM especially...

I work to do them each day in the shower... and, when I am training....

Find your time....

They will change your day.. and ultimately your life...
