Hi Team...

Are you ready?

Ready for what Coach?

For whatever comes your way....

In sports, there are two postures you can be in...

One is the ready-position...

The other is on your heels...the defensive position.

One position is poised and ready for anything..

The other is bracing for the worst-case... and is a posture based on defense and protection...

For us Champions, there is only one posture to be in... and that is the READY-POSITION...

We must be ready for both the good and the bad...

How do we get into the ready position Coach?

Simple.

Your daily training.

Your daily preparation.

Your daily routine.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals of all walks of life who are seeking better results.. higher levels of performance in across all categories of life ( business, fitness, relationships, overall health, positive mindset)..

And the journey begins the same way for each of them...

We talk...

We talk about their blindspots...

We talk about their current struggles...

And each of these conversations distills down to these individuals needing to exchange their bad habits for champion habits...

You see, as we go about our life journey, bad habits can find us when we are fatigued from working hard, trying too hard, or, as a result of us just giving our focus to the emergency of the moment...

This reactive nature puts us in the defensive posture that is most associated with a negative feeling about ourselves, our habits, and will most certainly lead to negative results.

So, step one is helping these individuals add some structure to their life..

Teaching them to control their schedule...

Which in turn will help them control their habits by scheduling high return habits that quickly get ignored like physical training, meal planning, and time to unplug and recharge and regenerate...

Once we begin to schedule success- that person begins to win again...

And as a result of the early wins, that person begins to light up again and feel like the Champion they are and have always been...

This is how you get GAME-READY...

You own your schedule..

But first you must create one...

I always say, "Show me your schedule and I will show you your life and who you really are."..

You see, our schedule shows priority and dictates our results...

Our schedule holds us accountable and is the gateway to our goals and dreams..

We must own it...

We must own our plan...

When we can do this and truly fall in love with our schedule and planning process- you will see how your life will change...

Got it?

So, today, I want you to really look at your schedule and ask yourself this question:

DO I OWN MY SCHEDULE OR DOES MY SCHEDULE OWN ME?

Followed by the question:

DOES MY SCHEDULE PUT ME IN THE READY POSITION TO ACHIEVE MY SHORT AND LONG TERM GOALS?

You must answer these questions if you want to win...
