This weekend we celebrated my wife's birthday, worked out, spent time with family, and hit the beach...

As I was sitting at the beach yesterday, I had an image pop into my mind...
It was the letter A in a box and the letter B in a box with an arrow pointing from the A-Box to the B-Box.
I said to myself, "What if more people thought this way?"
For most, the arrow goes from A to I do not know where...
They lose the linear nature of thought as a result of the next idea, the next emotion, or the next distraction...
But if we could train you to think about A-BOX --> B-BOX it would simplify both thoughts and actions...
I am in A-BOX, the arrow is symbolic of: What I have to do to get to B-Box...
The arrow is symbolic of linear, progressive, sequential action...
I have used this formula for years in my notebooks...
A-BOX: This is where I am now....
ARROW: This is what I have to do....
B- BOX: This is my end goal / what I am looking to achieve....
This method keeps the mind focused...
This exercise keeps the distractions away and makes all things achievable because what we are doing here is creating clarity by using a straight line..
The fastest way between 2-points is a straight line- yet very few think this way.
If we can get you from A TO B, FAST, this is huge.
This is actually what coaching is all about.
In our CHAMPIONS-30 Program, today is weigh-in day.
We are over a week into the program- and I gave the group tools, tips, and strategy to get from A BOX to B BOX fast- as it relates to their weight and health.
Today, we see what B BOX looks like after a week...
This works for all things..
