Hi Team...

This AM, I saw a funny photo with two individuals in it on a roller coaster...

In the front seat was a person with the look of terror in their face, holding on for dear life.

In the next seat, there was a person with their hands in the air, screaming with joy and excitement for the rush their were experiencing...

Interesting right?

They were both on the same coaster, right?

So what was the difference?

Simple: Perception and Choice.

The person that was holding on for dear life was afraid something was going to happen deep down...

While the other person was focused on the fun factor and the "release" they were getting from the experience...

If I had to guess, these two would run a business very differently, manage people very differently, and interact in their day to day differently...

One would be a free spirit...

The other would be considering every worst case scenario...

One may be a visionary founder of a Company....

The other may be that Companies operator or CFO...

Interesting, right?

But what really is the difference here?

One is CHOOSING to enjoy the experience...

The is CHOOSING to control the experience...

Now, we all know that on a roller coaster we have just about zero control outside of how we experience the experience....

So why choose fear?

Conditioning.

When you always choose fear, when you always are evaluating risk, you begin to see the World through the lens of risk, rather than taking things for what they are at surface value...

Can you relate?

I know if you are more analytical you can relate.

When was the last time you lived life without evaluating and instead just put your hands up in the air and let out the joyous scream?

For many, it has been years...

For others, well, they find moments daily to find joy...

If it has been years, let's change that today...

Find a way to have some uninhibited fun...

It is good for not only relieving stress, but it could be the one thing missing in your life that blasts you forward...

Never underestimate the fun-factor...

The game is not alway won by the people that are worried, stressing, busy, and focused on navigating away from the worst case scenario...

Instead it is often won by those who live their life with soul...

An uninhibited way of being....

Remember, you always have the chose to hold on for dear life, or, throw your hands in the air and enjoy the experience...

It is all about your perception and your conditioning...

Never forget it.
