Hi Team...
Yesterday I had a great coaching call with a client...
We talked about one word: ACTION.
The discussion was based on achieving certain goals as it related to his physicality- to which he said " I just need to stop f$%King around and just do it."
A few hours later, I had another client call, talking about his physicality and being over-weight and looking to improve his entire body and lifestyle prior to the age of 40- which is 24 months away...
Same thing...
He said, "I just need to do it- I know what to do, I just need to do it."
Now, both of these people are NOT doing it.
They have NOT done it.
So, why now?
Well, the difference is they now have a plan to do it...
They have accountability to do it...
They have a enough physical and emotional pain to do it...
You see, pain can lead to action.
Pain can lead to desire.
It blows my mind how so many are looking for the easy way because it is through the difficulties that your greatest CHAMPION-self can rise....
Walk through the fire to get to where it is you desire....
**When a person has WILL- and a plan, and accountability, and a pain they are working to overcome, they have a super-power....
For some, it is a chip on their shoulder...
For others, the pain is in the form of "I will show you"...
And for other, it is: "I can not take it anymore"...
We can get into the debate of the "health" of these mental states- but what does it matter if there is a result that is yielded?
The key is for a person to be moving forward towards a target...
And move towards that target with intensity and velocity...
This is what coaching is all about...
Moving people through their B.S. and towards where they need to go...
Dismantling thoughts that are not real- and exchanging them with those that are empowering and motivated and those that are DIRECTLY aligned to ones goal.
That is how things get done...
SO, today, I want YOU to take action...
Action towards what it is you want...
If you do not have a plan- get one.
Let's go.
