Hey Team!

When was the last time you saw a Pea-Cock?

Yes.. that colorful animal that can spread its feathers, puff it's chest, and make humans run...

Well, when I train teams and coaching clients, we practice PEA-COCKING...

Why?

Sounds a bit nuts right... humans acting as animals (although several years ago we were playing the Pirates in Pittsburgh and there was a conference where humans act as animals.. weird)....

But we do this to remember our Body Language either shows power or weakness...

And.. best of all.. YOU DECIDE...

Coaching Tip: Catch yourself at different points of the day... see how your thoughts are effecting your body language... Are you thinking negative and slouched? or Are you feeling confident with a big chest and powerful walk?

What is great about this exercise is that it takes no talent or skill... but is great for self-awareness...

PEA-COCKING works great before a big speech, meeting, interview, or sporting event...

Retraining your bodies physiology to elicit POWER is a great way to catalyze success in everything that you do...

That stride, that chest, that upright posture shows strength....

Make sure you have it!

Confidence can be built and trained simply by aligning your body and THINKING BIG...

Always THINK BIG... and ACT BIG to match it...

Remember... your daily stretchingwill also allow for you to PEAK as well.. since tight muscles especially on the anterior side of your body will effect your ability to PEA-COCK...

Now.. as you take on the day today... remember our Mantra:

THINK BIG, ACT BIG.
